Ingredients:
- Boiled soya beans >1 cup
- Onion >1 medium
- Tomato >1 medium
- Cucumber >1
- Capsicum >1
- Radish >1 small
- Apple >1 small
- Coriander haldful
- Pomegranate >1
- Dressing
- Olive oil >2 tsp
- Lemon juice >2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chop all vegetables and put in a bowl.
- Mix in dressing ingredients. Toss gently and refrigerate.
- Serve when cold.
