Ingredients:
- Pasanday ½ kg (lamb or beef)
- Onion Fried 2 - 4 medium
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Green chili 6
- Oil ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp (desiccated)
- Peanut 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Roast sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, peanut and cumin.
- Marinate pasanday with roasted mixture.
- Also add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, yogurt, all spice powder, nutmeg and salt.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add marinated pasanday, cover and cook on low flame till meat tender.
- When oil forms a layer add green chilies.
- Garnish with sliced ginger.
