Smoky Chili-Grilled Salmon




Ingredients:

  • 6 > skinless salmon fillets (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
  • 1 Tbsp >oil
  • 1/2 > cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Western Smokehouse BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp > brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp > fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp > chili powder
  • 1 tsp > ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp > each black pepper and ground cumin      

Directions: 

  1.  Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. 

  2. Brush salmon with oil. Grill 4 min.  

  3. Meanwhile, microwave remaining ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after each minute

  4.  Turn salmon. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture for later use; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto salmon. Grill 3 to 4 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork. 

  5.  Brush salmon with reserved barbecue sauce mixture before serving.
