Ingredients:
- 6 > skinless salmon fillets (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1 Tbsp >oil
- 1/2 > cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Western Smokehouse BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp > brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp > fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp > chili powder
- 1 tsp > ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp > each black pepper and ground cumin
Directions:
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Brush salmon with oil. Grill 4 min.
Meanwhile, microwave remaining ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after each minute
Turn salmon. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture for later use; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto salmon. Grill 3 to 4 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
Brush salmon with reserved barbecue sauce mixture before serving.
