Mango Kulfi Recipe



Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg mango pulp
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 250 gm sugar
  • 250 gm khoya
  • 1 Packet fresh cream
  • 1 tsp screw-pine flower essence
  • 1/2 tsp mango essence
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 50 gm pistachios
 Directions:
  1. Place milk in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil then add sugar and cardamom powder.
  3. Dissolve corn flour in ½ cup milk.
  4. Pour into the boiled milk.
  5. Stir constantly.
  6. Let it cool then add khoya, mango pulp, screw pine flower essence and cream.
  7. Beat it with electric beater.
  8. Pour into moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until chill.
  9. Garnish with pistachios.
  10. Mango Kulfi is ready to serve...
