Ingredients:
- Chicken breast >2
- Garlic paste >1/2 tsp
- Salt >1/2 tsp
- Crush red pepper >1/2 tsp
- Crush cumin >1/2 tsp
- Vinegar >1 tbsp
- Red chili garlic sauce >1 tbsp
- Capsicum >1 (julienne)
- Tomato >1 (julienne seeds remove)
- Onion sliced >1
- Lettuce >2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated >3 tbsp
- Salt >1/2 tsp
- Black pepper crushed >1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice >2 tbsp
- Sugar >1 tsp
- Suree salad dressing >4 – 5 tbsp
Directions:
- Marinade chicken breast with garlic paste, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, vinegar, and red chili garlic sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry chicken breast until done. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.
- In another bowl mix together capsicum, tomato, onion, lattuce, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, sugar and suree salad dressing.
- Add in chicken pieces, toss gently and serve immediately.
- Note: You can also first cut chicken into pieces then marinade and fry.
